Chapter one: Introduction and foreword from the authors

Thank you for buying this e-book. Those of you who are already fans of Nancy Canfield already have an idea of the treat you're in for. Those of you who are discovering her for the first time, are about to become fans, yourselves. The title is an inside joke between us two. She published the piece “Who's Calling Please?” on Aug 30, 2009, about an experience with an unprofessional telemarketer, that just about every American can relate to, and she hasn't lost my nickname for her since. In return, she calls me “Mr Peppington,” and I still don't know why. All I know is I truly enjoy the discourse with such an engaging, and endearingly, wonderful woman.
